ONLINE REGISTRATION

Before registering your company online, make sure that you have the following information available.

Email Address (generic email, such as bids@email.com, is preferred)

Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)

Current Illinois Department of Human Rights Number (IDHR#) with expiration date

  • If your IDHR # is 89999-00-0 or lower, you will need to re-register.
  • All persons (or firms) employing 14 or fewer individuals at any time during the past 365 days are exempt from the IDHR requirement. International companies are also exempt.

Once application has been submitted, you will be able to print a copy for your records.

After your company has completed the SIUC Vendor Registration, you must register your company with the Illinois Public Higher Education Procurement Bulletin to download bid specifications. 

If your company does $50,000 or more in business with the State of Illinois including all state universities, you will need to comply with the Public Act 095-0971.  A copy of the approved State Board of Elections document will need to be submitted with each bid.  If you have not registered with the State Board of Elections, please complete the online registration.
